If a project has started and you request cancellation, any deliverables completed until that point will remain the property of Arise Digitals, and payment for completed work may be retained.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services, such as custom design work, domain registrations, or third-party subscriptions purchased on your behalf, may be non-refundable.
